8.8Verified guest“The staff made self check-in simple, which helped with a late arrival. A nearby coffee bar served fresh pastries and gave mornings a strong start. I appreciated the spacious apartment layout and the convenience of having a kitchenette. The neighbourhood was vibrant and full of restaurants, and as someone from Italy I enjoyed the warm local atmosphere.”
8.8Verified guest“Overall, this was a good stay. Our apartment was in a separate building and very pleasant, with all the cooking equipment we needed — we made pasta a couple of times and a salad. The staff were nice, though we only met them at check-in. The main drawback is the location: it's near two hospitals, but far from the metro. The best way to get to the centre is the fairly frequent No. 8 tram, reached by a 15-minute walk down dark and lonely streets, which feels a little alarming at night. Buses 228, 710 and 774 stop not far from the hotel and can get you to the tram faster, but Roman buses are unpredictable, so don't waste too much time waiting. From Fiumicino airport, take the train to Trastevere station and then one of the buses listed above.”
8.8Verified guest“The room was very clean and the facilities were very good.”
8.8Verified guest“The Beautiful Apartment, Annex was spacious, with a modern kitchenette that made it easy to throw together quick meals after a day out. The garden area was a peaceful spot to recharge after the bustle of the city.”
8.8Verified guest“The location was excellent for city visits — bus and tram stops were nearby, and it only cost €1 to get to the centre of Rome. The apartment was very modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and gave us maps and directions whenever we needed them.”
8.8Verified guest“The rooms were really good — the photos don't lie. This is a new-feeling hotel with modern, comfortable rooms. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. After long days in Rome, it was lovely to relax in the backyard, which is a very nice area, using the free Wi-Fi. The hotel also offers an airport service; we paid €50 for a car to pick us up and drive us to the airport.”
04 — Location
The property sits in Rome.
Getting around: The metro isn't close, but the frequent No. 8 tram stops about 15 minutes away on foot, and buses 228, 710 and 774 stop nearer the hotel. One guest recalls reaching the centre for around €1; several warn the evening walk to the tram can feel dark and isolated.
Local life: The surrounding streets are residential and, by guest accounts, peaceful and colourful. A small grocery store and a restaurant with good food sit nearby, making it easy to stock the apartment kitchen.
Airport transfers: The hotel can arrange a paid car transfer — one recent guest paid €50 to be picked up and driven to the airport. From Fiumicino, guests have also taken the train to Trastevere and continued by bus.
